Ann Coppola

Ann has been a realtor serving the Staten Island community with buying and selling for over 35 years, first as a salesperson, then a broker and then managing broker. She started at Master Associates in 1988 and has been working as the manager since that time. In 1995 she helped the owning brokers to take the company to a national franchise and then in the next few years to bring it to a top 100 company in that franchise. The company has since become an independent brokerage on Staten Island with a reputation in the community for honesty and integrity along with knowledge and expertise in the real estate field. Ann is a member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors and has served on many committees as a member or a chairperson over the years. She has been on the Board of Directors for the Multiple Listing Service and is currently a Director on the Staten Island Board of Realtors. Ann is one of 3 members who can serve as a mediator for the Board. Some of Ann’s realtor designations include Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In 2007, Ann was chosen as the Staten Island Board of Realtor’s “Realtor of the Year”. Ann said, “The best part of being a realtor is being able to see someone’s dream come true! Whether buying a first home or moving out of a family home and on to a new life, when I see a person’s dream come to fruition, it gives me a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment!
